Payment
Payment methods currently accepted are PayPal and credit cards (via PayPal). You do not need a PayPal account! If you don't have a PayPal account, just follow the "CLICK HERE" link near the bottom of the form on the PayPal payment page and you will be able to pay with a credit card instead. I will hold items for 7 days in order to receive payment by post (UK only). All payments must be in UK pounds!Shipping
UK ORDERS are sent via Royal Mail 1ST CLASS RECORDED (SIGNATURE REQUIRED).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are sent via Royal Mail AIRMAIL.
Orders are dispatched, or in the case of custom dreads, started, once payment clears.
Suicide Dreams is not responsible for items unreceived if signed for or accepted by another person at your address.
Returns
In the event that a product is found unsatisfactory within 7 days of receipt you must contact me via email to discuss the problem.
I am very reasonable regarding damaged merchandise or the wrong item has been sent but I will not let you return something if you suddenly decide you want a different color, or something of that nature where you, as a customer, is responsible.
You can receive either a credit note or an exchange up to the value of the unsatisfactory item. Postage will not be included and you must cover the cost of returning the item. In the interest of hygene and customer safety, I do not exchange or refund hairpieces or pierced jewellery. I also do not accept returns of custom designs. I reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable return items for example, it has been worn, tags/labels have been removed or if the item has been deemed unacceptable - all packing for returned products must be intact and not damaged in any way. Please include a copy of the email receipt with the returned item.
